Please read through the following terms and conditions before making your purchase at CombieUmmie. You are deemed to have understood, acknowledged and agreed to the following terms by placing an order for our products and services.

Payments
  • Orders will only be reserved for 24 hours. 
  • All payment details should be sent to CombiUmmie within 24 hours of the issuance of an invoice.
  • CombiUmmie will verify and process payment within 48 hours of notification. 
  • CombiUmmie accepts payment via Internet Banking or ATM Transfers/Cash Deposit Machine to:

(*For ATM transfers/CDM, all payment details have to be accompanied by a SNAPSHOT of the transaction receipt. Scanned copies of the receipt will not be accepted and CombiUmmie reserves the right to void orders without the snapshot of the receipt for verification.)
  • CombiUmmie accepts payment via PayPal (whizurl82@gmail.com) with the following additional admin charges: 3.5% of final purchase bill + $0.50


Delivery
  • Kindly verify that the correct item, size and colour are reflected in the invoice that is sent to you. Exchange/refund will not be entertained for wrong item ordered.
  • Kindly also ensure the correct full address is provided in your email with payment details.
  • All orders are processed within 3-4 working days upon verification of payment.
  • CombiUmmie will not be held liable for any damaged items or missing parcels mailed out by normal postage.
  • Request for meet-ups will not be entertained.

Exchanges for Defective/Wrong Item(s) received

  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective or the wrong item is received. All exchanges will strictly only be handled via mail. 
  • Defective/wrong item(s) has to mailed back within 14 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag/label intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
  • Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be declined.
  • Please send a snapshot of the defect or wrong item(s) to us at purplevite@gmail.com
  • Normal postage for defective/wrong item(s) sent will be reimbursed by CombieUmmie. There is strictly no cash refund or item change unless the exact same piece is out of stock.

(*Representation of color of products may differ from reality due to color calibration of individual's computer and perception. Variance in colour may not be considered as a defect.)



Exchanges for Incorrect Size purchased

  • CombieUmmie strictly does not entertain requests for exchange on wrong size/colour of item(s) purchased.

  • Measurements given in the posts are based on the approximation and cloth labels.
